Our Team
Mark Gilicinski
Mark founded and leads MobileXpeditions, LLC. Mark has twenty years of software development and support experience. Prior to forming MobileXpeditions, Mark was the head of Product Management for Now Software, a leading calendar and contact application developer for the Apple Macintosh. There he led the software team to create and deliver a next generation integrated calendar and contact management solution.
Mark has also worked for AOL, providing support for over one million customers of CompuServe, Netscape ISP, and Wal*Mart Connect. Prior to AOL, Mark worked for The Walt Disney Company for 12 years, including two years with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Online and ten years in leadership roles in software development and support for Walt Disney Feature Animation in Burbank, California and Orlando, Florida with screen credit on 10 movies including The Lion King, Mulan, Tarzan, and Lilo & Stitch. Mark began his career as Computer Analyst with the National Security Agency at Ft. Meade, Maryland.
Mark has a BS in Computer Science from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Florida’s Warrington School of Business.
Sean Boiarski
Sean is co-founder of MobileXpeditions, LLC. He has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of software related small business operations, including: Sales, operations, marketing, customer service, project management, and product management.
For the last ten years Sean has been with Now Software, a Mac focused business productivity software company located in Columbus, Ohio where he was involved in product design and support as well as heading up operations.
Prior to Now Software, Sean was a Senior Macintosh Sales Associate for MicroCenter, in Columbus.
Sean has a BA in English Literature from The Ohio State University, where he graduated Cum Laude.

Kevin Gadd
Kevin Gadd has over 20 years experience in information technology. This includes over 10 years of experience co-founding and leading startup companies in the IT field where his primary focus has been revenue growth and the commercialization of products and services. Kevin is currently the Director of IT Commercialization at TechColumbus, a technology and business incubator in Columbus, Ohio.
Kevin is also a retired Chief Master Sergeant (E-9) after 23 years of military service with the Air Force and Air National Guard. The majority of his Air Force career was in the technology and communications field and he finished his career as the State Diversity Officer for the Ohio Air National Guard.
Kevin holds a BA in German from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Franklin University.
Ross Kayuha
Ross Kayuha is the CEO of Nanofiber Solutions, a startup that develops and markets patented electrospun fiber multiwell plate technologies for cell culture and cancer research. He has over 15 years of senior executive management and entrepreneurial experience with technology companies. Mr. Kayuha built Claremont Technology Group from a startup to a $90 million run rate in six years; including an IPO in year four. Since Claremont he has lead several startup technology firms through their early rounds of growth. Most recently Mr. Kayuha was the CEO for Strategic Thinking Industries where he lead the development of products now branded and marketed by GE Healthcare and the Association for Women’s Health, Neo-Natal and Obstetric Nurses (AWHONN).
Mr. Kayuha serves on the Executive Screening Committee for the Ohio TechAngels Fund, the third largest angel fund in the U.S. He also serves as an Executive mentor for the Fisher College of Business’ Center for Entrepreneurship at the Ohio State University. Ross holds an MBA from the University of Illinois and a BS in Business Administration from West Virginia University. He also serves on the board for the Dublin Youth Athletics organization.
Willie Neumann
Willie Neumann has been active in the technology industry for over twenty years. He owns two technology businesses, has worked with some of the largest companies in the software industry and acted as CIO for a number of businesses in and out of the technology industry.
In the mid 90s, he worked with Novell and Joe Firmage on database connectivity solutions for the AppWare Object Oriented programming environment. This relationship lead to developing software solutions for Novell, BTrieve, Borland, Oracle, Sybase and other software development providers.
Willie is currently running the Columbus Ohio based 14ninetytwo early stage technology incubator.
Paitoon Ratanasirintrawoot
Paitoon Ratanasirintrawoot is an accomplished artist and designer. Over the past several years he has worked as a concept artist, designer, and art director for several of the world’s most exciting theme park entertainment clients such as Walt Disney Entertainment, Walt Disney Imagineering, Walt Disney Cruise Line, Universal Creative, Sea World, and many other great design groups.
Paitoon has won numerous industry awards and has a BFA in Industrial Design from the Columbus College of Art and Design, where he won the Outstanding Senior in Industrial Design Award upon graduation.
